About the Role
Language: Core Java, Java (1.8 & 8+)
Framework - Spring-boot
Server & Configurations - WAS, Tomcat/Weblogic
Database - PostgreSQL, Hive
Workflow - Apache Oozie
API - RestApi
Production - Debugging, Migration & Support
ETL - Basic Knowledge
What You Will Do
• Experience with Java, J2ee, Springboot, JavaScript, SQL Complex Queries & AWS
• Experience in Java Backend development and Code analysing skills
• Proficient in Windows and Linux environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Adaptive fast learner able to ramp up quickly on domain area.
• Self-motivated, flexible with a passion to make a difference.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness and ability to mentor others.
What You Need
• Experience in Agile methodology a plus
• Team engagement, ability to bridge the gap of customer requirement.
• Must have good initiating and responsible of the day to day tasks.
• Should have good communication skills with clients.
• Familiarity with any of the following applications and technologies is a plus:
o Hive, Ooozie, ETL, Tableu support
• DB side – extensively hands-on complex SQL queries
• Spring-boot framework
• Able handle production issues
• Able to come up with solution for any requirement and issues
• Able to understand how applications servers and web applications works end to end
• Ability to deploy in QA or Production environment.
What Makes You Eligible
Minimum of 6+ years of experience in building and architecting enterprise solutions using Java/J2EE applications, with a strong focus on Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
Extensive knowledge and practical experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure.
Proven track record in designing and evaluating scalable, robust, and secure architectures.
Strong understanding of privacy and security practices pertaining to enterprise platforms.
Proficiency in working with databases such as PostgreSQL, Hive, Hadoop
Ability to lead and guide a development team, setting best practices and ensuring code quality through code reviews.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in software architecture.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Hands-on experience in application deployment in WebLogic server.
Able to troubleshoot production functional and performance issues.
Able to troubleshoot database performance issues
