- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software development with 5+ years in fullstack roles.
- Strong expertise in Java (11/17+) and Spring Boot (2.6+) with hands-on experience in building microservices.
- Advanced proficiency in React.js (v18+), including hooks, context, Redux, and modern tooling (Vite, Webpack).
- Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, REST/GraphQL APIs, and state management (Redux Toolkit, Zustand).
- Proven experience with AWS cloud services: Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, AppSync, CloudWatch, CodeCommit, IAM.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Experience with test automation frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Selenium, Postman) and QA best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and distributed team collaboration.
- Experience working in regulated industries (BFSI, Healthcare, Retail) with compliance mandates is highly preferred.
