JOB Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Java Developer proficient in Java (Spring Boot) and modern front-end frameworks (React.js ) to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the entire software development lifecyclefrom design and development to testing, deployment, and maintenance.

MANDATORY SKILLS:

Backend:

• Strong proficiency in Java 8+
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot , Spring MVC , Spring Data JPA , and Spring Security
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Experience with ORM tools (Hibernate or JPA)
• Strong knowledge of Relational Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito)

Frontend:

• Proficiency in React.js
• Strong skills in JavaScript (ES6+) , TypeScript , HTML5 , CSS3 , Bootstrap , or Material UI
• Experience in state management (Redux, Context API, or NgRx)
• Understanding of frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, npm, yarn)

DevOps / Cloud / Tools:

• Basic experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions)
• Knowledge of Docker and containerized applications
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Version control using Git and branching strategies (GitFlow)
