- ~10 years of backend development experience in Java/Spring, Microservices, with a desire of simplification, automation and reusability
- GraphQL or REST API or Both - first prefrence is GraphQL
- Kafka and AWS
- Spring Boot based microservices based development
- Excellent commnunocation skills
- Excellent Spring Boot knowledge
- 5+ Years of Java/Spring experience.
- 5+ years of cloud delivery experience.
- Experience in working in banking and financial projects is big plus
- Background in cloud-native architecture
- Experience supporting a production service in a DevOps friendly environment
- Strong analytical skills and proven track record solving difficult problems
- Experience with test-driven development, test automation & continuous delivery
- Outstanding social and communication skills, with a passion for mentoring, knowledge sharing and peer programming
- Experienced in Agile / Scrum projects
- Feature / Epic / Story design, develop & deliver.
