Lead - Java Developer

Role Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with expertise in Backend development using Java, Spring Framework & hands on experience with modern Front-end technologies.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Proficiency in Java programming language and experience with Struts & Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security) and Hibernate.

2. Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and  Optional(modern JavaScript frameworks Angular/React)

3. Experience with web development tools and libraries such as Bootstrap, jQuery, etc.

4. Experience in SOA, Web Services, and Restful Web Services.

5. Knowledge of database technologies such as SQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL and ability to write complex queries and procedures.

6. Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

7. Basic Knowledge on cloud (AWS / Azure etc), Hadoop Workflow, RabbitMQ/Azure service Bus.

8. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.

9. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

10. Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.

Technical Skills Required:

Backend:

Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Microservices.

RESTful API design and implementation.

Hands on experience with scalable backend systems & integration.

Frontend:

JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks like ReactJS or Angular.

Data Management:

SQL, Relational Databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Terradata), and data pipeline design.
