Title:: Java tech Lead (Immediate Joiners )

Exp:: 8+ Years ( 5 days WFO)

Location:: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Java-based applications for banking systems.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
Guide and mentor a team of developers, ensuring code quality, best practices, and agile methodologies.
Work closely with DevOps teams for CI/CD implementations and cloud deployments.
Identify and resolve technical challenges and bottlenecks.
Maintain coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to security and compliance protocols, especially relevant to banking systems.
Interact with clients and provide technical insights for project planning and delivery.

Technical Skills Required:

Core Java, J2EE, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security)
RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture
ORM frameworks like Hibernate, JPA
Frontend familiarity with Angular/React is a plus
Strong SQL and database experience (Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL)
Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging platforms
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and other DevOps tools
Exposure to Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a strong advantage
Familiarity with banking products and compliance standards (PCI-DSS, etc.)

Domain Knowledge:

Strong understanding of banking workflows, including retail banking, payments, lending, or core banking systems
Prior experience in banking digital transformation projects is preferred
Awareness of regulatory and security practices in the BFSI sector
