Lead Java Developer

We are currently hiring a Lead Full Stack Engineer (ELK Admin Exposure) for a critical, long-term engagement at Creospan. This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on Technical Lead who enjoys owning development, supporting cloud transformation, and working closely with cross-functional teams on high-impact systems.

About the Role:

This role demands a strong Full Stack Technical Lead with 70% hands-on development responsibility and 30% ELK administration exposure. You will play a key role in leading application development, supporting on-prem to Azure cloud migration, and ensuring the stability and smooth functioning of an existing ELK setup.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and actively contribute to full stack application development

Provide technical leadership during on-prem to Azure cloud migration

Collaborate with design, development, and deployment teams

Act as ELK Administrator for existing systems

Handle ELK reporting, configuration, troubleshooting, and monitoring

Ensure stability and performance of the ELK stack

Required Skills & Experience:

8+ years of overall experience with Technical Lead capability

Strong hands-on Full Stack development experience

Experience with Azure cloud migration initiatives

ELK Stack administration/support experience (no new ELK development)

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
