Lead - Inventory Management

The Inventory Lead will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end inventory management, with a strong focus on governance of swapped inventory and ensuring proper reconciliation post-field activities. This includes tracking inventory live on the network, ensuring timely return of swapped materials to the warehouse, and maintaining data integrity across inventory systems.

Inventory Governance & Control

•            Implement and enforce governance processes for swapped inventory used during field or network operations.

•            Ensure timely and accurate return of swapped/used materials to designated warehouses post-activity.

•            Maintain records of all inventory movements, swaps, and returns in alignment with company SOPs.

•            Conduct periodic audits and spot checks to ensure compliance and reduce pilferage or misplacement.

Live Network Inventory Oversight

•            Track and reconcile inventory currently deployed or live on the network.

•            Work with Cross Function team for better clarity on inventory deployed.

•            Identify discrepancies between physical and system-reported inventory and resolve issues proactively.

Coordination & Reporting

•            Collaborate with warehouse teams, finance, and warehouse team to ensure timely inventory transfers, inward post swapping activities

•            Develop and publish regular inventory reports, highlighting usage, return rates, and discrepancies.

Process Improvement & Compliance

•            Identify opportunities to streamline inventory tracking and governance processes.

•            Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards related to material handling.
