Business Head International Skilling

Experience: 15+ years | Location: Delhi/Mumbai

A strategic leadership role to build and scale LCPLs international skilling business. Youll own partnerships, delivery, and impact across the full lifecycle from project acquisition to global placement.

Key scope:

• Lead business strategy, partnerships, and delivery for international skilling projects.
• Build relationships with global employers, government bodies, and ecosystem partners.
• Oversee mobilization, training, and placement outcomes end-to-end.
• Drive operational excellence, compliance, and profitability across regions.
