Lead Interior Designer - Premium Residencial Interiors

At Elite Interiors, we are building a next-generation luxury residential interiors brand with in-house manufacturing and precision-driven execution.

Were looking for a Lead Designer who thinks like an entrepreneur, someone who loves design, enjoys meeting clients, closing projects, and pushing ideas into execution.

This role is client-facing, revenue-driven, and ownership-heavy. You will handle premium residential projects ranging from 1050 Lakhs, taking complete responsibility from first client interaction to design freeze and production handover.

Lead to Closure

• Handle assigned premium leads and drive conversations with confidence
• Understand lifestyle needs, scope, and budgets
• Present layouts, concepts, and proposals
• Support negotiations and close projects

Design to Production

• Develop refined, execution-ready design concepts
• Finalize layouts, materials, and BOQs
• Drive design freeze and push projects into production
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution

Pipeline & Performance

• Manage your sales pipeline actively
• Track project stages from consultation to PO release
• Achieve monthly sales and production targets

• 5+ years experience in residential interior design
• Strong client presentation and negotiation skills
• Comfortable handling 1050L projects independently
• Good understanding of materials, costing, and execution feasibility
• High ownership mindset with strong discipline
