We are looking for an experienced Lead Integrations Engineer with strong expertise in ServiceNow integrations to support enterprise service management solutions.

Location: Bangalore (Preferred) / Remote

Experience: 6+ Years (Relevant Experience Required)

Shift: Flexible to work in 2 shift timings

Key Skills (Mandatory)

• Strong experience with ServiceNow Integrations
• ServiceNow modules:
• ITSM
• ITOM
• SecOps
• Experience with CMDB and Discovery
• Hands-on with Integration Hub and Flow Designer
• Experience with MID Servers
• Scripting experience
• API integrations using REST / SOAP
• API Management

Good to Have

• ServiceNow certifications such as CAS, CAD, or CIS
• Experience designing enterprise integrations and automation workflows

Role Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage integrations within the ServiceNow platform
• Work closely with internal teams to implement scalable service management solutions
• Maintain and optimize CMDB and discovery processes
• Build and manage APIs, workflows, and automation using Integration Hub and Flow Designer
• Ensure reliability, performance, and security of integrations
