As an Integrations Architect, you will play a key role in the delivery of complex integration solutions for our internal customers and setting up key standards and practices for the teams.
We are now looking for a Lead Integrations Architect to strengthen the global Architecture team. You will be responsible for driving the execution of central initiatives across the Nasdaq and all its lines of business.

Your role and responsibilities:
As an Integrations Architect, you will play a key role in delivering critical integration solutions and services for internal enterprise technology. We will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using Workato and Informatica. Collaborating with multi-functional teams, we will understand integration requirements and ensure seamless data flow across systems. We develop and maintain integration architecture documentation and best practices, create and develop standards for integration patterns to ensure consistency and efficiency across all integration projects, and troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner. Besides working closely with your colleagues in Bangalore, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries!
Furthermore, you will:
Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Workato and Informatica.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and ensure seamless data flow across systems.
Develop and maintain integration architecture documentation and best practices.
Create and develop standards for integration patterns to ensure consistency and efficiency across all integration projects.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.
We expect you to have:
- At least 12-15 years of over all experience including 5 years of experience in integration architecture
- Proven experience as an Integration Architect with a strong background in Workato and Informatica.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integration.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, data mapping, and transformation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Education Qualification: Bachelor/Master in computer science.
It would be great if you
- Experience with other integration platforms and tools.
- Knowledge of cloud-based integration solutions.
- Certification in Workato, Informatica, or Salesforce
