Job Objective

To centralize real-time security and safety operations across all properties by leading the Integrated Security & Safety Operations Center (ISSOC). The role focuses on standardizing incident response and escalation through FlexiCore playbooks, overseeing threat monitoring and cross-cluster coordination, and integrating signals from CCTV, ACS, and IoT for enhanced situational awareness. It aims to improve response times, ensure high-quality evidence for investigations, and deliver actionable insights to leadership through dashboards and reporting, while maintaining compliance and operational excellence.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Centralized Security Operations

Manage and centralize real-time security and safety operations across all properties to ensure consistent standards and rapid response.

• ISSOC Leadership

Lead staffing, define SOPs, and oversee shift operations with measurable SLAs for efficiency and compliance.

• Incident Response Standardization

Implement and maintain standardized incident response and escalation protocols using FlexiCore playbooks.

• Threat Monitoring & Coordination

Oversee threat monitoring, incident triage, and ensure cross-cluster coordination for timely resolution.

• Technology Integration

Integrate signals from CCTV, ACS, and IoT systems to enhance situational awareness and proactive threat detection.

• Reporting & Dashboards

Drive integration of data into FlexiCore dashboards and provide actionable reports to leadership.

• Quality of Evidence & Investigations

Improve response times and ensure high-quality evidence collection for investigations.

• Exercises & Compliance

Conduct tabletop exercises and liaise with law enforcement agencies as required for compliance and preparedness.

Internal: SOC, FlexiCore Product Team, Cluster/Property Security Teams, Leadership, IT & IoT Teams

External: Law Enforcement Agencies, Technology Vendors, Cybersecurity Consultants

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelors degree (mandatory), Masters preferred
• Experience: 1218 years in command center/security operations leadership, crisis management, threat monitoring, and technology integration (CCTV, ACS, IoT)
• Languages: English (mandatory), Hindi/regional (preferred)
