Job Description
The Lead IT Analyst is responsible for maintaining the integrity, confidentiality, accountability and availability of Asite information systems.
This role involves deploying and monitoring IT systems for potential threats, implementing security controls, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and regulations, and supporting and manage day-to-day IT operations.
The analyst works closely with internal stakeholders to identify risks, resolve incidents, and strengthen the organizations overall cybersecurity and data privacy posture. Youll have to manage a small team of junior and/or interns as part of your remit and you must manage, mentor and grow them as part of your daily work.
Youll be part of the Global Information Security, Data Privacy and IT Team where youll have much to learn and grow across. Youll also have a dotted line reporting to the Head of Security Operations and/or CISO during incidents.
IT Operations:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues at a global level, not just local.
- Very strong knowledge of Identity Providers (IdP) such as MS ENTRA ID, Google Workspaces and others along with integrations for SAML v2 and OpenID
- Monitor system performance and ensure the confidentiality, integrity, accountability and availability of IT services.
- Assist in the definition, project management, installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure both local and Global
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights within the IAM (Information Access Management) and RBAC (Role based access control)
- Management of vendors
- Management of equipment, repairs and stocks
- Maintain and update IT systems such as laptops, local servers, firewalls, and other tools and systems using MDM or directly.
- Automated processes and procedures along with integration of platforms as defined by the Global IT Manager and/or the CISO
- Respond to and document security incidents, providing detailed reports working in collaboration with the InfoSec Team.
Compliance & Policy:
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, standards, and frameworks EU/UK GDPR, ISO 27001, ISO 9001, NIST SP 800-53, FedRAMP Medium Impact just to name a few.
- Maintain up to date and improve Standard Operational Procedures
- Assist in third-party risk assessments and vendor security reviews and/or audits
Project Support:
- Actively participate in IT and security-related projects, including new system design, project management, implementations and upgrades.
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing of IT systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security and data privacy into business processes.
Required Qualifications:
- English and Gujarati at a bilingual or at least Professional level is a must, intermediate or higher knowledge of other languages such as Arabic or Mandarin highly preferred.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or a related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in IT support
- Familiarity with security tools vulnerability scanners, EDR/XDR/MDR, IDS/IPS, Endpoint Protection, Data Loss Protection, SIEM.
- Deep knowledge of operating systems - Windows, Linux, MacOS, iOS, Android -, networking, MDM and cloud environments.
- Extensive experience in ENTRA ID, Google Workspaces and the security eco-system around it.
- Good experience of automating and integrating processes and procedures along with data manipulation using APIs, webhooks, MCPs and other technologies
- Understanding fundamentals of cybersecurity principles, threats, and defence techniques.
Preferred Certifications (a plus):
- Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
- Cisco CCNA Security or equivalent
- Preferred: ITILv4
Background:
- Highly preferred candidates that are former Military, Police or Intelligence

Additional Information:
Salary: Up to 20L INR per year
Must undergo background check and security clearance, military/police/intelligence background preferred.
At least 8 years of experience with continuous improvement
Candidates must already have the right to work and live in India
