Job Title: Informatica MDM Developer (Lead Only)

Experience: 4+ Years (Lead Experience Minimum 2 Years)

Location: Chennai/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Pune/Gurgaon

Job Description;

Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled Informatica MDM Developer with strong expertise in Master Data Management solutions, data governance, and enterprise data integration. The candidate will design, implement, and support scalable MDM solutions to enable a single source of truth across enterprise domains such as Customer, Product, Vendor, or Reference data.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Informatica MDM (Multidomain / Customer 360) solutions
• MDM Domain and transaction understanding (Customer/Party/Contract/Account)
• Configure and customize:
• Data models
• Match & merge rules
• Hierarchies
• Trust & survivorship rules
• Validation rules
• Develop and deploy Informatica IDD configurations
• Create and manage Batch processes and Real-time services
• Integrate Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) with MDM
• Build integrations with upstream/downstream systems (CRM, ERP, Data Warehouse, Snowflake, etc.)
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, and standardization
• Support SIT, UAT, and Production deployments
• Troubleshoot performance, data quality, and match rule issues
• Ensure adherence to data governance and security standards

Required Skills

Technical Skills:

• 410 years of overall IT experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Informatica MDM
• Strong expertise in:
• Data modeling in MDM
• Match & Merge configuration
• Hierarchy management
• Trust & survivorship framework
• IDD configuration
• Strong SQL and database skills (Oracle / SQL Server)
• Experience with Web Services (REST/SOAP)
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux
• Experience in performance tuning and deployment processes

Optional / Preferred Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS) Knowledge

• Exposure to Healthcare / Life Sciences domain
• Experience handling master data related to:
• HCP / HCO
• Patient
• Product
• Commercial / CRM systems
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR if applicable)
• Experience integrating with Veeva / Salesforce (good to have)

Good to Have

• Experience with IICS integration
• Exposure to Snowflake
• Experience with Axon / EDC
• Agile methodology experience
• Informatica certification
