Must-Have Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in RPA Business Analysis or a similar role
- Bachelors degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Financial Management, or a related field
- Strong understanding of RPA and automation tools used in the industry
- Experience working with Agile, Lean Product Development, and Waterfall methodologies
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and independently
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving abilities
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Good-to-Have Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in establishing processes, frameworks, and practice assets for large teams
- Exposure to enterprise-level RPA or automation programs
- Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
- Familiarity with change management and stakeholder adoption
