Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- People Partnering at Scale: Own HR delivery for a business span of 500+ employees through direct and dotted-line HRBP team members.
- Leadership Advisory: Collaborate with Business Heads, Regional Leaders, and City Heads to pre-empt and resolve people issues.
- Attrition & Hygiene Metrics: Track M0-M3 attrition, maintain exit hygiene, and drive interventions for retention.
- Performance Management: Execute structured performance feedback (PIP, monthly reviews) aligned with incentive metrics.
- Onboarding to Exit: Ensure smooth onboarding, F&F, CIBIL checks, and SOP adherence for frontline teams.
- HR Analytics & Insights: Generate weekly reports and dashboards on hiring, exits, performance, and engagement.
- Culture & Policy Deployment: Anchor culture round interviews, drive rewards recognition, and ensure policy awareness at ground level.
- Team Leadership: Manage, guide and mentor a team of 3-5 HRBPs across locations and business units.
What Were Looking For
- 6-9 years of total HR experience, with 3+ years in an HRBP role.
- Hands-on experience in managing field-heavy or distributed teams is a must.
- Must have managed a span of 300+ employees, preferably in Sales, Operations, BFSI or Startup domains.
- Strong data orientation, ability to track hygiene metrics and close loop people issues.
- Exposure to HRMS/HRIS platforms preferred.
- Hustle mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, and driven to build from scratch.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
