Job Description
Vodafone Idea Limited (Vi) is a telecommunications company in India, formed through the merger of Vodafone India and Idea Cellular in August 2018. Vi offers mobile telephony, wireless broadband, and internet services across India. For our HR Shared Services based in Pune, we are hiring a candidate for Lead HR Governance and Audit role.

Education: MBA or equivalent in HR
Job Descriptions :
- To study & document all HRSSC processes while defining the process risks, controls & accountability vertical wise and defining the process risks, controls, accountabilities.
- Identify the processes, key audit indicators tracking and variations to support data accuracy and process compliance
- Conduct regular audits of HR practices, policies, and procedures to ensure completion with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Identify areas of non-compliance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and implement effective internal controls and procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
- Develop and implement measures to ensure HR data integrity, privacy, and security.
- Setting up and auditing data for payroll processes for data accuracy and timely payout
- Collaborate with HR business partners to ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Work with external auditors to provide necessary documentation and resolve any audit findings.
- To ensure due diligence inspection facilitates a seamless operation for all HRSSC processes.
- Track and report on HR audit findings and provide recommendations to HR leadership.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of audit results
- Partner with the HRSSC vertical heads for conducting periodic checks and validations to ensure corrective actions taken & minimizing errors
- Provide evidences for pre-identified controls by Internal audit team through Fiori portal
- Represent HRSSC for all Internal & External Audits to provide system walkthrough & evidences by coordinating with different stakeholders
- Working closely with HRSSC Tech team for system developments and Governance
- Collaborating with all HRSSC vertical heads/teams from governance perspective

- Prior work exposure to SAP system/HR Shared Services Mechanism
