Beanly Coffee is looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial sales leader to drive our HoReCa and Institutional Business across India. This role will be responsible for building strategic partnerships with large enterprise clients such as airlines, premium hotels, QSR chains, caf chains, corporate offices, hospitals, and universities while scaling Beanlys coffee machine and beverage ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities


Enterprise Account Acquisition

Identify, approach, and close large institutional partnerships across sectors including airlines, hotel chains, QSR brands, cafs, corporate offices, hospitals, and universities. Lead commercial discussions, negotiate long-term supply agreements, and onboard high-value enterprise accounts to scale Beanlys institutional footprint.


Strategic HoReCa Sales Development

Develop and execute a strong go-to-market strategy for the HoReCa segment. Build relationships with procurement teams, hospitality operators, and decision-makers to expand Beanlys presence within the hospitality and foodservice industry.

Multi-Product Portfolio Expansion

Drive adoption of Beanlys complete HoReCa portfolio including coffee beans, instant coffee, ready-to-drink beverages, edible coffee snacks, coffee machine rentals, and vending solutions. Focus on bundled offerings to maximize revenue per account and strengthen long-term client relationships.


Coffee Machine Rental & Vending Operations

Oversee deployment and performance of coffee machines across enterprise locations. Monitor consumption patterns, ensure high machine uptime, and coordinate with internal service teams to maintain efficient machine operations.


Service Infrastructure & Client Support

Build and maintain a reliable service ecosystem to support all institutional clients. Ensure minimal downtime for deployed machines, implement strong service-level agreements (SLAs), and maintain industry-leading turnaround times for maintenance and technical support.


Revenue Ownership & P&L Management

Own the complete HoReCa business performance including revenue growth, margin optimization, account profitability, and working capital management. Track performance across accounts and ensure sustainable business growth.


Strategic Partnerships & Distribution Expansion

Develop relationships with hospitality procurement companies, airline catering providers, facility management firms, and institutional distributors to strengthen Beanlys market reach and accelerate enterprise account acquisition.


Business Performance & Growth Management

Drive consistent growth by achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, increasing revenue per account, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring strong profitability across the HoReCa portfolio.

Ideal Candidate Profile

612 years of experience in HoReCa / Institutional Sales

Background in coffee, beverages, hospitality supply, vending machines, or FMCG

Strong network within hospitality procurement and enterprise buyers

Proven experience in enterprise sales and key account management

Strong negotiation, relationship management, and commercial acumen
