Purpose of the Job

Responsible for managing operations across Home & fiber factory organization  in circle. This includes partner governance,  warehouse management, logistics management, timely delivery and compliance .

Material planning and material delivery in circle is one of the key deliverable at circle to support home pass deployment. Key focus to derive the demand of material required at circle while working with cross functional groups and arrange all of them on timely basis.

This role owner is required to define requirement and arrange material in alignment to deployment and planning at circle and ensure timely execution.

Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities)

1. Regular Governance of WH Ops, Sub stores PV Reco & Timely closures of Issues Warehouse and Logistics partner governance and management, monitoring of KPI/SLA
2. CWIP Reduction for ANG TNG/FF
3. Timely Consumptioon Posting and reconciliation 100% within 7 days of receipt of input- HDO/FTTH/FF
4. Warehouse & Audit Compliance
5. Full & Final Settlement of Partners
6. Ensuring Compliance 100% MOM
7. Partner issue Resolution Open Issue tracker ,ensure no open issue > 30 days 
8. Enable PR-PO on time when it is required
9. CPE recovery and redeploymentReconcile gaps/ excess inventories and provide timely corrections to prevent shortages
10. Reco between Oracle & WIMS , Mobile App HDO 
11. Convert all SD to BGBG/SD recovery
