Hiring: Lead Hardware Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Lead Hardware Engineer to join our team.

Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end hardware development lifecycle from concept to production

Design and develop analog and digital circuits

Work with MCU-based hardware systems

Perform circuit simulations using PSPICE

Conduct DFMEA and design validation activities

Handle board bring-up, debugging, and testing

Prepare technical documentation, design reports, and safety reviews

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product development

Required Skills:

Strong experience in Analog & Digital Hardware Design

Hands-on experience with MCU-based systems

Knowledge of PSPICE simulation tools

Experience with DFMEA, board bring-up, and hardware validation

Good understanding of hardware documentation and safety standards
