Job Description
At Pronto, offline marketing isnt supportits a core growth engine. Were looking for a leader who can design strategy, own execution, and scale impact across cities.
What youll own
- Define and drive the offline marketing strategy PAN India, aligned with growth and expansion goals
- Identify and scale high-ROI channels: ATL, BTL, on-ground activations, housing societies, RWAs, kiosks, local partnerships, and community programs
- Build playbooks for city launches and hyperlocal campaigns
- Lead city marketing teams and agencies to ensure speed, quality, and brand consistency
- Run data-backed campaigns, track performance, and optimise spends in real time
- Own offline marketing budgets, ROI, lead conversions, and governance
- Build a scalable, measurable marketing ops framework
How youll work
- Partner closely with Growth, CX, Ops, Supply, Product, and Design
- Build deep local partnerships with vendors, societies, builders, and communities
- Translate on-ground insights into repeatable growth levers
What you bring
- 1012 years of offline / field marketing experience (consumer tech, FMCG, Q-commerce, mobility preferred)
- Strong exposure to city launches, activations, and community marketing
- Experience building and leading distributed city teams
- High comfort with ambiguity, experimentation, and fast scaling
- Strong analytical mindsetROI over vanity metrics
- Excellent vendor negotiation and execution rigor
- True startup DNA: ownership, hustle, and bias for action
