Hiring: Lead Generation Team Lead (Domestic & International)
Location : Bangalore
Employment Type: Full-time
DataCorp is looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Team Lead to drive high-quality leads for our traffic data analytics, road safety, ITS, and smart mobility solutions across domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Define target geographies, customer segments & ICP (MQL/SQL framework)
- Generate validated leads through market research, tenders, consultants, transport authorities & private mobility players
- Identify and qualify international partners, distributors & system integrators (DC54X)
- Track lead quality, conversions & maintain CRM (Zoho) reporting dashboards
- Lead and monitor team performance
Requirements
- 25 years in B2B lead generation / market research / inside sales
- Exposure to infrastructure, ITS, mobility, or data-driven sectors
- Strong research & analytical skills
- Experience with CRM tools (Zoho preferred)
- Exposure to international or government markets is a plus
