Role Overview:

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist responsible for identifying potential clients and generating qualified leads to support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential prospects through LinkedIn, databases, and online platforms.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Conduct LinkedIn outreach to connect with potential clients and initiate conversations.
• Maintain and manage lead data using HubSpot CRM.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
• Track outreach performance and optimize lead generation strategies.

Requirements:

• 13 years of experience in lead generation or sales support.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and HubSpot CRM.
• Strong research and communication skills.
