Job Description
We are looking for a high-impact Lead Generation Specialist Growth Leader who can drive client acquisition, pipeline growth, and revenue enablement across IT & Non-IT staffing, RPO, and strategic hiring services. This role is ideal for someone who blends research-driven outreach, relationship building, and growth mindset to create long-term business impact not just quick wins.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
- Own end-to-end B2B lead generation and client acquisition across IT, Non-IT, Product, GCC, and Enterprise segments
- Conduct market research, industry mapping, and prospect identification to build a strong and qualified sales pipeline
- Drive research-led outreach using platforms like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Sixth Sense, etc.
- Set up and convert CXO / decision-maker meetings into qualified business opportunities
Growth & Business Development
- Drive growth for Contract Staffing (C2H), FTE, RPO, and niche hiring mandates
- Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling, and long-term partnerships
- Support proposal creation, pitch decks, and client presentations
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and hiring demand to refine growth strategies
Stakeholder & Internal Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Recruitment / Delivery teams to align on hiring progress and delivery outcomes
- Coordinate with Finance and Operations teams for vendor empanelment, MSAs, and commercial processes
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and relationship continuity
Leadership & Ownership
- Take ownership of targets, pipeline health, and conversion metrics
- Mentor junior team members (where applicable) and drive a performance-driven culture
- Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a growth-oriented mindset
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in B2B Sales, Lead Generation, and Client Acquisition
- Proven ability in Enterprise Prospecting & Relationship Management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven and disciplined approach
- High ownership, adaptability, and collaboration skills
