Job Description Lead Generation (B2B Sales)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Lead Generation professional responsible for building and qualifying a strong pipeline of potential D2C brand clients for GreenHonchos.

This is a core sales function, focused on identifying, reaching out to, and qualifying decision-makers across fashion, lifestyle, and retail brands. The role will work closely with the Business Development and Leadership teams to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and research D2C fashion, lifestyle, and retail brands in India and UAE.
• Build a structured database of target companies and decision-makers.
• Identify founders, CXOs, marketing heads, and ecommerce leaders.
• Generate leads via - LinkedIn outreach; Cold emails; Cold calling; Industry networking; Referrals and partnerships.
• Initiate conversations and generate interest in GreenHonchos services.
• Qualify prospects based on - Business size; Marketing maturity; Ecommerce presence; Budget potential
• Set up discovery calls and meetings for the Business Development team.
• Maintain lead tracking and pipeline hygiene in CRM.
• Track D2C brand launches, funding news, and ecommerce expansions.
• Identify brands scaling into marketplaces or international markets.
• Provide insights on industry trends in fashion & lifestyle.
• Ensure consistent lead flow aligned with monthly targets.
• Maintain daily/weekly outreach metrics.

Required Skills & Experience :

• 25 years of experience in B2B sales or lead generation
• Experience in agency, SaaS, ecommerce, or digital services industry preferred
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Confidence in cold outreach and objection handling
• Experience targeting India and/or UAE markets is a plus
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools
