Role Overview
Aura Interact seeks a dynamic LinkedIn & Social Media Executive to spearhead our social selling and brand amplification strategy. This senior-level role focuses on cultivating high-value relationships, amplifying thought leadership in XR and immersive tech, and fueling pipeline growth through strategic social engagement. Ideal for a strategic executor who thrives in B2B tech environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead LinkedIn and multi-platform social strategies: Develop and execute content calendars, campaigns, and outreach to target CXOs, Innovation Leads, L&D Heads, and Ops decision-makers in enterprise sectors.
- Drive lead generation and nurturing: Craft personalized messaging, run targeted campaigns using Sales Navigator/Apollo, and convert interactions into qualified opportunities and meetings.
- Amplify brand authority: Create and share high-impact content (posts, videos, polls, articles) showcasing XR/WebAR use cases, digital twins, and metaverse innovations to build industry influence.
- Analyze and optimize: Track engagement metrics, refine strategies based on data (response rates, conversions), and collaborate with sales/marketing for integrated pipeline impact.Manage social CRM: Maintain meticulous records in HubSpot/CRM, report on KPIs (leads generated, meetings booked, engagement growth), and iterate for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1 year+ in LinkedIn/social lead gen, B2B sales development, or social selling for tech/SaaS/agencies (Sales Navigator proficiency essential).
- Exceptional English communication: Professional, persuasive writing for high-stakes outreach and content creation.
- Tech-savvy with high-level grasp of XR, VR, AI, metaverseability to articulate value propositions confidently.
- Data-driven mindset: Strong analytics skills (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights) and experience handling objections in competitive B2B landscapes.
- Organized and proactive: Metrics-focused with proven track record of 20+ qualified meetings/month.

- Experience in immersive tech, edtech, or enterprise software sales/marketing.
- Content creation expertise (video editing, Canva/Adobe Suite for social assets).
