Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy Lead Generation Specialist to join our growth team. You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and qualifying high-value B2B leads for our IT products and services. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of breaking through the noise to reach decision-makers (CTOs, CEOs, IT Directors) in global markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Prospecting: Identify potential clients in international markets (USA, UK, Middle East, etc.) for IT services like software development, mobile apps, and IT consulting.
  • Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute outbound campaigns via LinkedIn (Sales Navigator), cold calling, and highly personalized email sequences.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound and outbound prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).
  • Database Management: Maintain an organized pipeline in our CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce) with accurate data and follow-up logs.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on IT industry trends and competitor offerings to pitch our unique value propositions effectively.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule discovery calls/demos for the Sales Head/Business Development Managers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience specifically in IT Lead Generation.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with IT terminology (SaaS, SDLC, Cloud, AI, etc.) is a must.
  • Tool Expertise: Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Hunter.io, or similar prospecting tools.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (neutral accent preferred).
  • Resilience: A "never-give-up" attitude with the ability to handle rejections and hit monthly targets.
