Job Summary

We are hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to drive qualified B2B leads and demo bookings for our IT / SaaS solutions across APAC markets, primarily Australia, Japan, and Korea . The role involves complete end-to-end outbound lead generation and close coordination with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Generate qualified leads and demo meetings for IT / SaaS solutions

Research and identify target accounts and decision-makers

Perform contact discovery using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, etc.

Execute cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach

Qualify leads based on business need, fit, and readiness

Schedule demos and hand over qualified leads to Account Managers

Maintain accurate lead and activity data in CRM

Meet monthly lead and demo booking targets

Work closely with sales and marketing teams


Required Skills & Experience

13 years' experience in IT / SaaS lead generation or SDR role

Proven experience booking qualified demos

Strong cold calling and outbound email skills

Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)

Comfortable working in Australia & Japan time zones

Excellent communication and research skills


Preferred

APAC market exposure (Australia, Japan, Korea)

B2B SaaS / Enterprise software background

Account-based prospecting experience
