Role Overview

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving the initial stage of our sales pipeline by proactively engaging with potential customers through outbound outreach. You will focus on cold calling qualified prospects, booking high-quality meetings, and passing opportunities to the Account Executives. This is a high-ownership role for individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume cold calling on curated and targeted prospect lists to book meetings with qualified prospects
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the Account Executive team
  • Maintain accurate lead and activity records using Pipedrive CRM
  • Demonstrate strong ownership, discipline, and consistency in achieving daily and monthly outreach targets
  • Contribute actively to improving outreach strategy, scripts, and conversion performance


Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in cold calling and outbound prospecting
  • Mandatory experience in international cold calling
  • Fluent English communication (verbal is critical for this role)
  • Experience in the tech industry is a strong plus
  • Must have a personal laptop and stable internet connectivity
