Location: Khar West, Mumbai (Office-based, MonFri)
Hours: 12:30 PM 9:00 PM IST (UK aligned)
Salary: 6L 9L CTC

We produce industry-leading summits including:
- Connected Commerce (Chicago, Benelux)
- Data & AI Summit (USA, London)
- Executive CPG leadership dinners
We are now hiring a commercially driven Sponsor Acquisition & Lead Generation Manager to directly drive sponsorship pipeline and revenue growth.
This is a revenue-facing role.
Role Overview
This role focuses on generating qualified sponsor leads, building pipeline and supporting sponsorship sales.
You will work closely with the Founder and Sales team to:
- Identify and target high-value sponsor prospects
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns
- Book qualified commercial meetings
- Track and analyse pipeline performance
- Support sponsorship conversion
This is not a marketing role.
It is a commercial growth role.
Key Responsibilities
Sponsor Lead Generation
- Research and identify high-potential sponsor prospects (technology vendors, solution providers, agencies)
- Build targeted prospect lists using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and manual research
- Segment prospects by tier and event
Outbound & Meeting Generation
- Execute outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns
- Personalise messaging by sector and event theme
- Generate qualified meetings for sponsorship sales
- Follow up and nurture warm prospects
Sales Support & Conversion
- Support proposal follow-ups
- Assist with commercial messaging refinement
- Track engagement across touchpoints
- Help move prospects through the sales funnel
Pipeline Management & Analysis
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Track pipeline value and stage progression
- Report weekly on meetings booked, pipeline generated and conversion rates
- Analyse which segments convert best
What Were Looking For
- 48 years experience in B2B lead generation or sales support
- Strong outbound prospecting experience
- Comfortable doing cold outreach
- Experience using Apollo / CRM tools
- Analytical and commercially minded
- Confident communicator
Preferred:
- Experience in B2B events, media or sponsorship sales
- Experience targeting UK/US markets
