We are looking for a high-performance AI-driven Social Media Lead Generation Manager who can consistently produce engaging content, run targeted paid campaigns, and generate a high volume of qualified leads every week. Key Responsibilities

• Create and publish daily short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style videos)
• Plan, run, and optimize paid ads on social media platforms
• Implement and manage DM automation workflows
• Generate 100+ qualified leads per week across multiple channels
• Analyze campaign results and optimize for performance
• Stay updated on the latest AI tools, trends, and content strategies

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in social media lead generation
• Strong knowledge of AI-driven content creation tools
• Expertise in Meta Ads / Instagram Ads / YouTube Ads
• Experience with DM automation , chat funnels, or CRM tools
• Ability to deliver high-volume, high-quality short-form videos
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• A portfolio of content or reels is a must
