About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Lead Generation Intern to support our business development and sales team. The ideal candidate must be proactive, organized, and comfortable working with LinkedIn for lead research and outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform LinkedIn-based lead generation using search filters, groups, and tools.
- Identify and collect high-quality prospects from targeted industries.
- Maintain and update lead databases on Google Sheets/CRM.
- Assist in outreach activities (connection requests, messaging, follow-ups).
- Conduct basic market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to share qualified leads.
- Track daily lead generation activities and submit reports.
Mandatory Requirement
- LinkedIn Lead Generation Experience (basic to intermediate level must know how to search and filter prospects).
Skills Required
- Strong communication skills.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn and professional networking.
- Basic knowledge of lead research tools (optional but preferred).
- Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly targets.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel.
