Job Description
Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn outreach and engagement.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain and update lead data accurately in Excel sheets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships for conversion.
- Prepare and manage Rental Agreements, drafts, and documentation.
- Create and edit business documents using MS Word.
- Ensure timely reporting of daily/weekly lead generation activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, filters, basic formulas, lead tracking).
- Proficiency in MS Word for drafting agreements and documents.
- Basic understanding of lead generation and sales process.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
Technical Proficiency
- MS Excel (lead management and reporting)
- MS Word (rental agreement and document drafting)
- MS Office tools
Qualifications
- Any Bachelors degree (preferred but not mandatory)
- Freshers with strong communication and MS Office knowledge are welcome.
