Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Generation Executive (Tech and Non-Tech) located in Pune. The responsibilities include identifying new leads, generating potential sales opportunities, conducting market research, building and maintaining client relationships, and assisting with sales strategies. The role requires collaboration with teams to achieve business goals and contribute to the company's growth.

Role Requirements

• Prior experience or exposure to lead generation and sales is an advantage for 2 to 8 years.
• Proven expertise in identifying New Leads and executing Lead Generation strategies
• Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and related technologies
• Research and Development (R&D) experience in mechanical engineering or related disciplines for tech
• Strong capabilities in Market Research to identify trends and business opportunities
• Exceptional Communication skills for presenting and engaging with clients
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a team-based environment
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes
• Lining up meeting with clients and meeting execution.
• Prepare and explain the proposals as per client needs.
• Converting and onboarding clients
• Follow ups on payment and recovery.
• Relevant experience or background in technology and non-technology domains will be an advantage
