Job Description

Position: Lead Generation Executive

Experience: 1-3 years

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive responsible for identifying and sourcing, researching and building a verified database.

This is a research-driven and data-focused role.

Key Responsibilities

Structured Data Research

Conduct structured research in line with internal qualification frameworks

Source relevant records in line with internal data standard

Compile information into prescribed formats

Data Sourcing & Validation

Gather data as per structured research in line with internal qualification frameworks

Verify accuracy and completeness of sourced data

Cross-check entries before submission

Maintain high data accuracy standards

Database Maintenance & Updates

Update internal databases and tracking systems regularly

Ensure records are complete and formatted correctly

Remove duplicates and outdated entries

Maintain proper data hygiene

Activity Tracking & Reporting

Maintain daily activity logs

Meet defined output benchmarks

Submit reports as per reporting schedule

Ensure compliance with internal documentation practices

Process Adherence

Follow internal data handling guidelines

Maintain confidentiality of all records

Adhere strictly to assigned workflows

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Volume of verified records completed

Data accuracy rate

Timeliness of updates

Duplicate/error percentage

Compliance with reporting standards

Required Skills

Strong internet research skills

Proficiency in Excel or spreadsheet tools

Basic understanding of various internet platforms

High attention to detail
