NOVO Insurance Broking Services is looking for a dynamic Lead Generation Specialist with a minimum of 1 year of experience in lead generation, tele-calling, or sales support. The role involves identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team in expanding the companys customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
• Maintain and update lead databases and track potential opportunities.
• Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with prospective clients.
• Follow up with potential clients and nurture leads.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation, tele-calling, or inside sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
