Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated, go-getter lead generation specialist who can create and connect with potential leads for our business and also help us in end-to-end closures of these leads generated.
DESIGNATION: Lead Generation and Sales Executive
CANDIDATE: Females preferred
EXPERIENCE: 3-4 yrs.
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Need to be having sales background, preferably from insurance field.
- Capable of doing cold calls.
- Having reasonable knowledge of General Insurance and Health Insurance products.
- Having a good command in verbal and written communication.
- Having an excellent understanding of data management (Knowledge of CRM is an added advantage).
- Fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generating leads through tele calling from In-house Data.
- Cross-sell of new insurance products and closure of sales.
- Reconnect with clients on lost renewals and closure of sales.
- Reconnect with HR post-shunting and closure of new leads with RM Support.
- To work on referrals from existing clients and closure of sales with RM Support.
- Cross-sell reverse of products and closure of sales with RM Support.
CTC: Approx. Rs 4 to 6 LPA.
