Role & Responsibilities

As a Cold Emailer & Inbox Manager, you will:

Write persuasive, personalized, and high-converting cold email sequences for our B2B clients.

Manage and monitor client inboxes on cold email tools (e.g., Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, etc.).

Handle prospect replies, identify interest, objections, and opportunities to move conversations forward.

Continuously test, iterate, and optimize email copy and campaigns for better performance.

Stay on top of industry trends, compliance, and deliverability best practices.

Skills & Qualifications (Must-Haves)

Proven experience in writing cold email copy (If you dont have prior cold email experience, please do not apply).

Strong understanding of B2B buyer psychology, messaging, and outbound frameworks.

Experience managing replies in cold email platforms.

Excellent written communication skills in English (concise, persuasive, and witty).

Ability to manage multiple client campaigns and stay organized.
