Lead Generation Executive

Position Overview:

@Jellyfishtechnologies expanding its software services team & are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist to drive outbound growth for Sinki.ai.. This role involves planning and executing email campaigns, cold outreach, and direct engagement with decision-makers (CXOs, founders, and senior leadership) to generate qualified leads.

Title & Position: Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist (B2B Services)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute email outreach campaigns targeting CXOs and key decision-makers
• Conduct cold calling and LinkedIn outreach to generate new business opportunities
• Build and manage target prospect lists across industries and geographies
• Craft personalized messaging for high-conversion outreach campaigns
• Identify and engage with relevant stakeholders (CTOs, CIOs, Heads of Data, etc.)
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
• Maintain and update CRM with outreach activities and pipeline status
• Continuously optimize outreach strategies based on performance metrics
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and targeting

Requirements:

• 25 years of experience in B2B lead generation, outbound sales, or business development
• Proven experience in cold emailing, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach
• Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels and lead qualification
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Experience using tools like Apollo, HubSpot, Zoho, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar
• Ability to research and identify target accounts and decision-makers
• Experience in IT services, data engineering, or the Databricks ecosystem
• Basic understanding of data engineering concepts, analytics pipelines, and modern data platforms
• Familiarity with Databricks use cases such as data migration, lakehouse architecture, and AI/ML workflows

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in IT services, data engineering, or the Databricks ecosystem
• Familiarity with AI, analytics, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Prior experience targeting international markets (US, Europe, or the Middle East)
