Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the companys growth and success. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing
sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and prospect new business opportunities through research, networking, and outbound lead generation to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their online reputation and social listening capabilities.
Product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, effectively showcasing the value and benefits of our ORM and Social Listening solutions.
Manage lead generation process while consistently updating our CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information.
Run Multichannel reacout campaigns using platforms like Apollo, Lemlist, Hubspot, etc.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns to generate and nurture leads and prospects.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings, enabling you to position our products effectively in the market.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the companys overall revenue growth.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand your network and represent the company in a professional manner.
Continuously improve your product knowledge and sales skills through training and professional development to stay ahead in a competitive market.
Qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelors degree in B.Tech, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the SaaS industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in using CRM softwares like Hubspot, Apollo, Lemlist for lead and opportunity management.
A proactive and self-motivated approach to sales, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Team player with the ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally within the organization.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address client needs effectively.
A passion for technology, digital marketing, and the SaaS industry, along with the ability to adapt to evolving market trends.
