Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive to identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities in the B2B / Enterprise segment. The role involves researching target companies, reaching decision-makers, nurturing prospects, and creating a strong sales pipeline to support the Business Development team.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify potential B2B / enterprise clients through market research, LinkedIn, databases, and industry portals.
Build and maintain a database of target companies and key decision-makers.
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
Qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline
Schedule meetings or demos for Business Development Managers.
Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in CRM.
Prepare weekly and monthly lead generation reports for management.
Gather market intelligence and competitor information through market research.
Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of B2B / enterprise sales cycle
Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, MS Excel
Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
Skills: International Lead Generation, Demand Generation, Online Lead Generation, Market Research, Appointment Generation, Prospecting
Qualification & ExperienceGraduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)
12 years of experience in B2B lead generation / Market Research
