Role Description

Join our Ahmedabad team as a full-time, on-site Lead Generation Executive powering full-cycle LinkedIn mastery. You'll hunt high-value prospects, qualify them ruthlessly, nurture with personalized outreach, and close the loop by securing meetings and sales opportunities. Collaborate with sales to smash targets in a fast-paced, innovative environmentturning connections into revenue.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Dominate LinkedIn: Prospect C-suite execs in target industries (enterprise, govt, startups) using advanced search, Boolean strings, and Sales Navigator.
  • Qualify leads deeply: Assess fit via discovery calls, pain-point analysis, and ROI alignment for AR/VR/XR solutions.
  • Drive the full sales cycle: Craft hyper-personalized InMail/email sequences, cold call to book demos, and nurture until meetings are lockedaiming for 20+ qualified opps/month.
  • Analyze & optimize: Leverage CRM for pipeline tracking, A/B test campaigns, and report conversion metrics to refine strategies.
  • Partner with sales: Handoff warm leads primed for closure, contributing to team quotas.


Qualifications

  • Proven LinkedIn lead gen wizardry: 1-3 years closing cycles from prospecting to meetings (not just listsreal bookings).
  • Killer communication: Persuasive scripting, objection-handling, and relationship-building via calls/InMail.
  • Data-driven: Market research, CRM mastery, and analytics to spot opportunities.
  • Hustle mindset: Thrive in high-target environments; Bachelor's in Business/Marketing preferred.
  • Tech-savvy bonus: Familiarity with Sales Navigator, Apollo, RocketReach or similar tools.
