Job Description

We are looking for apassionate Lead Generation specialistto own and scale demand &leadgenacross our B2B SaaS and consulting offerings, with a strong focus on volume, lead quality, and ROI.

This role is hands-on and execution-focused, working closely with Sales, SEO, and Content teams to drive measurable pipeline impact through paid acquisition channels.

This is a work-from-office role based in Mumbai.

Role Objective

Own and scale lead generation and demand generation across B2B SaaS and consulting offerings through paid acquisition channels, with a strong focus on volume, quality, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, andoptimisepaid campaigns across:
  • Google Search & Display
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Retargeting platforms
  • Other relevant paid channels asrequired
  • Own the end-to-endlead generation and demand generation strategy
  • Drive lead volume whilemaintainingdefinedlead quality benchmarks
  • Collaborate with SEO and Content teams onlanding pageoptimisation
  • Set up and manage tracking usingGA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Zoho CRM
  • Monitor conversion funnels, attribution models, and drop-offs
  • Run continuousA/B testingacross ad creatives, copy, and landing pages
  • Work closely with Sales to align onICP definition, lead quality, and pipeline impact
  • Monitor competitor activity and paid acquisition trends within B2B SaaS and consulting
  • Build andmaintainweekly and monthly performance dashboards

Key KPIs

  • Cost per Lead (CPL)
  • Number of qualified leads generated
  • Lead-to-MQL and MQL-to-SQL conversion rates
  • Campaign ROI
  • Lead quality feedback from Sales
  • Funnel performance andoptimisationmetrics

Key Requirements

  • 3+years of hands-on experience managing paid acquisition forB2B companies(SaaS and/or consulting/services)
  • Strong hands-on experience withGoogle Ads and LinkedIn Ads
  • Experience tracking and managing leads through aCRM (Zoho or similar)
  • Experience running paid campaigns acrossmultiple B2B service lines
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
