Role: Lead FullStack Growth Marketer and Marketing Ops Lead
Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid) | Remote to start (India)
Employment Type: Full-time | High Ownership
Were looking for a Lead FullStack Growth Marketer and Marketing Ops Lead to own the growth engine for two complementary business units:
- Cloud Security Web cloud/data staffing & services (US + India)
- EchoPad AI AI agents that automate clinical workflows (echopad.ai)
You will be the endtoend owner of our marketing and growth funnel: strategy, execution, and reporting. This is a handson role for a Tshaped growth marketer who loves experimenting, measuring, and scaling what works.
Role Overview
This is not a traditional marketing role.
We are looking for a hands-on Growth Operator who can build and execute growth systems across outbound, content, automation, and experimentation. The ideal candidate thrives in startup environments, takes ownership, and can operate with minimal supervision.
What youll do:
- Own the entire growth funnel from awareness to lead conversion across both companies
- Plan and execute digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, email, content)
- Build and optimize landing pages, automation, and reporting dashboards
- Manage freelancers and vendors (PPC, content, design) to deliver measurable ROI
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing OKRs with revenue goals
- Track performance and iterate using data, not guesses
Youre a fit if you:
- Love experimenting with growth channels and can move fast with limited oversight
- Have 48 years of experience in B2B Growth Marketing, SaaS, or tech services
- Prior Startup experience in growth
- Know your way around Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot/CRM tools, analytics, and landing page builders
- Are comfortable switching between two brands and customer segments
- Thrive in autonomy you can set your own roadmap, not just follow one
- Experience in B2B SaaS, IT services, or startup growth.
- Strong execution mindset and ability to operate independently.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn growth strategies.
- Marketing automation and CRM experience.
- Comfort working with AI tools and automation platforms.
- Strong written communication skills.
Nice to Have
Experience in healthcare tech or AI products.
Exposure to IT staffing or consulting firms.
Technical mindset or ability to work with technical audiences.
