Lead Full Stack Engineer

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 9+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on ReactJS.
• Deep understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3.
• Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI tools (e.g., for coding, testing, documentation, or
• productivity) to drive efficiency and speed in software delivery.
• Solid background in unit testing & E2E testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.).
• Familiarity with REST APIs and effective web service integration.
• Hands-on with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar).
• Experience leading a team of developers, mentoring a small team of developers & reviewing code
• quality.
• Experience with package upgrade and micro frontend architecture.
• Proficient with Git, Agile-Scrum, and issue tracking tools (JIRA).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring a small team of developers.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Redux middleware (Thunk, Saga, Observable).
• Exposure to full-stack development (Node.js, APIs).
• Familiarity with GraphQL or WebSockets.
• Knowledge of micro-frontend architectures.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS preferred).
• SaaS or E Commerce domain experience.
