Lead Full Stack Developer

Job Summary:

Lead the design and delivery of cloud-native, enterprise No code -Low code platform across the stack. Enforce coding standards, and drive performance, accessibility and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and implement No Code- Low Code solutions with clean, testable code

Own API design, data modeling and integration patterns (REST/GraphQL)

Enforce performance and accessibility standards; conduct code reviews

Guide CI/CD, DevSecOps practices in collaboration with DevOps

Insurance or CRM domain experience with No Code Low Code Exposure (preferred)

Required Skills:

Node.js, React, Express.js, TypeScript, Redux, Vernacular, Performance Optimization, Accessibility, C#/.NET 8, ASP.NET Core API, EF Core, SQL, Unit Testing

Experience : 8+ years

Qualifications : BE/BTech/MCA or equivalent. Advanced certifications are a plus.
