What You’ll do at ather:

• Management financial statements reporting for the organization – involves close interactions with leadership, investors and board members.

• Drive strategic long range financial planning at Ather. This involves closing Annual Operation Plan (AOP) and re-forecasts across the entire organization (involves complex financial modeling)

• Real time monitoring and controlling of financial results against plan by creating a robust KPI based reporting structure.

• Actively partner with the Investor relation team for forecasts and models for special projects like due-diligence for fund raise, debt strategies etc.

• Actively partnering with the COO and Team on demand planning, production capacity, development project lead times to ensure seamless communication and synchronization with financial plans.

• Publish flash SBUs MIS on periodic basis to leadership teams – Involves all aspects of financial statements (i.e., Balance sheet, Profit and Loss and cash-flows)

• Drive digital transformation and data analytics for the function – involves implementation of COPA module in SAP, creating dashboards for key business and financial metrics instilling a data driven financial decision behavior.

• Partner with compliance counterparts on any new developments on statutory compliances and/or regulations which has an impact on the business plan 

• To continuously monitor the EV industry and identify key trends. Closely observe the competitive landscape and conduct regular competition analysis and Macro/Micro level.

Here’s What we Are Looking for: 

• Advanced Financial Modelling and Data Analytical Skills.

• Highly skilled and proficient in Excel, Macros & creating PowerPoint presentations. 

• Must be able to build and maintain complex financial models

• Hands on experience on ERP environment (SAP added advantage) and business data platforms 

• 8-10 years’ relevant experience in financial planning and analysis 

• Independent thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Start-up mentality - the ability to work in an agile manner in a dynamic environment

You Bring to Ather:

• Chartered Accountant (CA); Master's in Business Administration with 10-15 years of relevant experience in Automobile/Retail sector
