Job Description
Job Title: Lead Finance & Accounts
Location: Noida, Sector 132
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage overall finance and accounts functions
- Prepare and control budgets, forecasts, and financial planning
- Ensure statutory compliances, audits, and regulatory filings
- Establish and improve financial processes and internal controls
- Oversee accounting operations, reporting, and reconciliations
Required Experience
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience
- Experience from Hotel or Retail industry is mandatory
Qualification
- CA or M.Com
Key Skills
- Strong expertise in Budgeting, Compliances, and Financial Processes
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end accounting and reporting
Salary
- 1.25 Lakhs per month
