Job Title: Lead Finance & Accounts

Location: Noida, Sector 132

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall finance and accounts functions
• Prepare and control budgets, forecasts, and financial planning
• Ensure statutory compliances, audits, and regulatory filings
• Establish and improve financial processes and internal controls
• Oversee accounting operations, reporting, and reconciliations

Required Experience

• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience
• Experience from Hotel or Retail industry is mandatory

Qualification

• CA or M.Com

Key Skills

• Strong expertise in Budgeting, Compliances, and Financial Processes
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end accounting and reporting

Salary

• 1.25 Lakhs per month
