Job Description
Are you an expert in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and automation solutions? We are looking for a FileNet Lead Support Specialist to join our team and support our client in managing and enhancing IBM FileNet-based applications.
Role Overview
As a Lead Support Specialist , you will:
- Provide end-to-end support and maintenance for IBM FileNet applications.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions .
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FileNet, IBM Datacap, and Blue Prism .
- Participate in enhancement projects, upgrades, and performance tuning .
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and AMS best practices .
- Document technical solutions, configurations, and support procedures.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with IBM FileNet (installation, configuration, customization, and support).
- Expertise in IBM Datacap for document capture and processing.
- Experience in Blue Prism for RPA development and support.
Other Requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills .
- Proficient in English .
- Ability to work in client-facing roles and global delivery environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field .
- 58 years of experience in Enterprise Content Management and AMS support.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills .
